Pravila uporabe piškotkov
Družba Astratex, a.s., matična številka: 259 44 355, s sedežem: Na Maninách 215/4, Holešovice, 170 00 Praga 7, vpisana v poslovnem registru Mestnega sodišča v Pragi, razdelek B, številka vložka 27623 (v nadaljevanju „družba“ ali „Astratex“), je upravljavec spletne strani www.astratex.si. Na spletni strani www.astratex.si (v nadaljevanju tudi „spletna stran“) uporabljamo piškotke. V teh pravilih za uporabo piškotkov lahko preberete, katere piškotke uporabljamo, zakaj jih uporabljamo in kako lahko njihovo uporabo prepoveste.
1. Kaj so piškotki?
Piškotki so majhne besedilne datoteke, ki se ob obisku spletne strani prenesejo na vaš računalnik, telefon ali drugo napravo, v primeru vnovičnega obiska spletne strani pa vaš brskalnik pošlje piškotke nazaj na to stran. Piškotki omogočajo, da si spletna stran za določen čas zapomni vaše aktivnosti in preference, ki vam jih zato ni potrebno ponovno vnašati ob naslednjem obisku spletne strani ali prehodu z ene spletne strani na drugo. 2. Za kaj uporabljamo piškotke?
Ob vašem obisku spletnih strani Astratex se izpiše obvestilo, da spletne strani uporabljajo piškotke. Uporaba tako imenovanih ključnih piškotkov je potrebna za delovanje spletnih strani. Brez ključnih piškotkov ne bodo spletne strani delovale pravilno, za njihovo uporabo zato ni potrebno vaše soglasje in so vnaprej omogočeni. Za uporabo drugih kot ključnih piškotkov (analitični in oglaševalski piškotki) je praviloma potrebno vaše informirano soglasje. Neposredno v vrstici z obvestilom lahko določite vaše individualne preference za nastavitev piškotkov.
Piškotki se uporabljajo na primer za:
- Zagotovitev pravilnega delovanja naših spletnih strani, za omogočanje izvedbe postopka naročanja blaga s čim manj težavami;
- Zagotavljanje varne prijave, za prepoznavo uporabnikov, preprečevanje neupravičene uporabe pooblastil in zaščito podatkov uporabnikov pred nepooblaščenim dostopom;
- Shranjevanje prijavnih podatkov naših strank, zato jim ni treba podatkov vsakič znova vnašati;
- Shranjevanje vsebine nakupovalne košarice;
- Zagotavljanje oblike spletnih strani glede na preference in zahteve obiskovalcev;
- Analizo obiska, obnašanja, preferenc in interesov uporabnikov;
- Oglaševanje izdelkov po preferencah uporabnikov in povezane personalizacije vsebin.
Naša spletna stran Astratex razlikuje začasne datoteke, tako imenovane „sejne piškotke“, ki so samo začasni in ostanejo shranjeni v vaši napravi samo do konca seje brskalnika, in shranjene piškotke, tako imenovane „trajne piškotke“, ki ostanejo shranjeni v vaši napravi dlje časa. Začasni piškotki omogočajo shranjevanje podatkov pri prehajanju med spletnimi stranmi in odpravijo potrebo ponovnega vnosa nekaterih podatkov. Takoj po zaprtju brskalnika se izbrišejo iz vaše naprave. Trajni piškotki pomagajo prepoznati vašo napravo ob ponovnem obisku naše spletne strani.
Soglasje z uporabo piškotkov, za katere je potrebno vaše soglasje, lahko kadarkoli prekličete oziroma prepoveste njihovo nadaljnje shranjevanje; podrobnejše informacije boste našli v členu 4 teh pravil. Če piškotkov iz svoje naprave ne boste izbrisali sami, piškotki se bodo izbrisali samodejno (po sedanjih standardih najpozneje v 13 mesecih od zadnje uporabe piškotkov, za katere je potrebno vaše soglasje).
3. Katere piškotke uporabljamo in na kakšen način?
Astratex za zgoraj navedene namene uporablja lastne piškotke in piškotke tretjih strani. Pri uporabi spletnih strani Astratex se v vašo napravo lahko shranjujejo piškotki upravljavcev marketinških orodij, ki ji Astratex uporablja. Astratex lahko s temi upravljavci deli podatke, ki so bili pridobljeni s piškotki. Uporaba navedenih orodij omogoča stalno izboljševanje ponudbe Astratex, boljše upoštevanje vaših preferenc in usmerjanje reklame na uporabnike, ki jih naša ponudba lahko najbolj zanima.
V primeru sodelovanja z upravljavci iz ZDA vam zagotavljamo, da so izbrani samo upravljavci, ki so se zavezali dosledno varovati vaše osebne podatke. Moramo pa vas opozoriti, da ZDA v smislu odločitve Sodišča Evropske unije ne zagotavljajo ustreznega varstva osebnih podatkov; iz tega med drugim izhaja, da so lahko vladne agencije v ZDA upravičene dostopati do vaših osebnih podatkov, brez zagotovitve učinkovitih pravnih sredstev.
Piškotki tretjih strani in način uporabe podatkov, ki se z njimi pridobijo, se ravna po načelih varstva osebnih podatkov tretjih strani. Tretje strani lahko s piškotki pridobljene podatke kombinirajo z drugimi podatki, ki jih tretjim stranem nudite ali so jih pridobili, ker uporabljate njihove storitve.

Google Analytics je spletna analitična storitev družbe Google. Storitev se uporablja zlasti za spremljanje in preprečevanje kritičnih napak, za prepoznavo zahtev v okviru različnih storitev, za ohranjanje prijave uporabnikov in shranjevanje podatkov o nakupovalni košarici. Uporablja se tudi za spremljanje in izboljšanje rezultatov spletne trgovine. Pravna osnova za obdelavo podatkov je vaše soglasje.

Astratex oglašuje tudi na spletnih straneh in v aplikacijah tretjih strani. Google Analytics s tega vidika uporabljamo za namen preverjanja, ali so bili oglasi resnično sporočilno prilagojeni po meri. Za ta namen ocenjujemo interakcije po kliku na oglas in rezultate posameznega oglaševanja. Rezultati nam potem pomagajo pri boljši personalizaciji oglasov. Astratex uporablja storitev Facebook Pixel, s katero deli nekatere vaše interakcije z Astratex (na primer ogledane izdelke, nakupe) z namenom prikazovanja ciljne in prilagojene reklame na platformah Facebook, Instagram, Messenger ali WhatsApp, in tudi za namen ocenjevanja in optimiranja reklame. 4. Kako prepovem shranjevanje piškotkov v svojem računalniku?
Vaše želje glede nalaganja piškotkov lahko kadarkoli spremenite. Spremembo lahko izvršite s klikom na naslednjo povezavo. Tudi na svojem spletnem brskalniku lahko nastavite prepoved ali blokiranje piškotkov, vključno z obveznimi piškotki in piškotki tretjih strani. Lahko blokirate ali dovolite shranjevanje piškotkov samo za določene spletne strani. Piškotke, ki so shranjeni v vaši napravi, lahko kadarkoli pobrišete.
